How to archive projects off of BIM360

We have a number of projects on BIM360 that have completed and we would like to save/archive them locally and remove them from the autodesk cloud.  They each have engineering models linked in (also on BIM360) that we would like to preserve.  Is there a preferred workflow for this?

To archive a cloud project you need to be account admin , then from account admin module > Project Submodule.

 In the project list, there will be Vertical Ellipsis at the end  of each project name . click that and you will be able to add project to archive.

just create a Transmittal in BIM360 and attach all files you need. download the transmittal for your own archive.

then archive the project on bim360 if you have permission.
