How do I get rid of worksets I dont have access to?

Im Working on a project sent to us by another company and we cant edit their worksets. Is it possible to delete those worksets but not delete the actual work so we have access?

Open the file with the option Detached from central.  It will ask you to preserve or rid of worksets.  Choose one and save it to a new central file.

Note that you will have a complete ownership of the new central file, so you don;t even need to delete the worksets in the previous step.
