Exporting from REVIT to DWG issue

So when Revit exports out to dwg files is does something unconventional with it's dimension styles.  Instead of creating a dimstyle that mimics the setup in Revit, Text size, arrow head size, offset ect... and set the dimscale for the view being export, or uses the annotation scale.  It instead creates the dimstyle with hodge podge of different settings, scales and text styles.  This in my opinion is sloppy and should be fixed.

Hello @Anonymous  Thanks for posting to the forum.

This might be a result of a setting on the "Text & Fonts" tab when exporting to dwg.

There are two settings:  "Preserve editability" and "Preserve Visual fidelity"

Do you get the same results if you export using "Preserve editability"?

Here is the section of the Revit help that describes both.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Actually those settings don't change the way dimension styles are handled.  Both Edibility and Visual Fidelity create the same dimension styles and associated text styles.
