Collaboration Revit licence liability.

We are starting to contract out modelling using Revit via Collaboration. This has raised a potential legal issue within the company. Are we (as a company) required to verify that 3rd party contractors have legitimate licences or it this down to the contractors?

Thanks

legally no you wouldn't need to verify their info since you would have no way to do that

That would be up to the 3rd party to verify their own information

with Collaboration for Revit there is really nothing to verify since licensing is done directly through Autocad Account and permissions for the project are done through Bim 360 Team
