Cloud Worksharing

My TEAM (i.e., MEP Consultants, Struc'l, Acoustical, etc.) do not have access to the latest version. How to keep the latest version on the documents updated and current in Collaborate Pro? How to save them from Revit 2022 project files?

hi

the document  in the cloud is in fact a copy. In Revit, you have always the latest version. to update the one on ACC, simply publish your model via Revit.

Thank you and the latest version should be published in order to see the latest in ACC.

Thank you again and I need to have the Consultants on board w/ various ways to publish, so we are coordinating on one model.

You can use model coordination with specific models and folder or do continuing coordination in models updated in the shared folder.
