Cloud Worksharing Operations are Degraded - 2/16/2018

We noticed issues starting at 9:00am on our project this morning. I have been trying to open a file for 1.25 hours with only 25% of the host file downloaded, not even the revit linked files.

The performance degradation issue observed earlier has been resolved, and worksharing operations have returned to normal. Engineering teams are making adjustments to prevent similar issues in the future. We thank you for your patience.
