we have multiple users experiencing intermittent loss of central model connection upon sync'ing.  Works for 10 minutes, down for 3 minutes... and repeat... Has been occurring most of the afternoon for us.

Seriously again?  I brag about how much better the service is and now it's down 3 times in a week?  Come on Autodesk. We're not Beta testers.

Revit cloud worksharing has been down numerous times in the past couple weeks.

What are the causes?

Is it software updates by Autodesk?

Or cloud service interruptions from AWS?

Other?

I (as well as the rest of my office) would like to know what is causing the inconsistencies in this service we are paying for.

It is starting to influence our decision to renew our contracts.

Thank you.

It would be great to get a breakdown of what caused the recent issues with the services and more importantly what processes have been put in place to stop the issues arising again moving forwards.

Thanks Sasha,

That post is very helpful, and goes a long way toward transparency with the Revit cloud worksharing system.

I do feel this level of explanation (a brief paragraph for each outage) should be available on the Health Dashboard (https://health.autodesk.com/ ), which is much easier to find that individual forum postings.

Maybe in the form of "upcoming improvements" for each service, with an intended goal for each improvement?

Something to consider for Autodesk's roadmap...
