Cannot open any model with C4R

Since yesterday morning I cant open any of my model.

I receive this message : "An error occurred while contacting the central model which prevents the local model from being opened"

The status is currently working as expected on https://health.autodesk.com/

Am I the only one?

Also have this error message : "An error occurred while communicating with the cloud worksharing service."

It may be that a different, but related cloud service was experiencing degradation.

See: Error: "An error occurred while communicating with the cloud worksharing service" appears

when opening a model in Revit

  • Is it still occurring?
  • What version and build of Revit are you using?
  • Which BIM 360 service? Docs or Team?
  • Is this specific to one project? (can you access models in another cloud project?)

Hi Martin

  • Is it still occurring?

The problem persist since last monday (Jan 7). (it worked well before Holiday vacation)

  • What version and build of Revit are you using?

Revit 2017.2

  • Which BIM 360 service? Docs or Team?

BIM 360 Team

  • Is this specific to one project? (can you access models in another cloud project?)

I've only access at one project with C4R

NOTE : Our general contractor can open the models without problem...Our license is up to date

UPdate

I try to clear files  the follow repertory

C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2017\CollaborationCache

C:\Users\%Username%\Local\Autodesk\Revit\PacCache

Now the pop up is

This operation could not be completed

If you are collaborating on a collaboration on a model using the cloud or Revit Server, Check your network connection.

If the problem persists, save any changes to the models locally.

Its now solved...was a problem with the security of https://bim360field.autodesk.com/

Website was considered like unsafe to open.

I can open my model for now and open bimfield.

Thanks for the help
