Can't open model - This operation could not be completed

One of our users can't open our model, but other users on our team from within the same office/lan can open it.

Why?

Never mind, clearing the cache fixed it.

Clearing the cache and selecting Open and Audit does not work. I get the same error both methods. I am able to open the model from my other computer.
