Can't obtain permission to edit the element: The Central Model is inaccessible. You can check out worksets at risk, but consider carefully!

Is there a solution to this yet? cant seem to find one, one of the BIM modelers is getting this warning it just seems to go away on it on but pops up once in a while hard to pin point what it is ive asked them to Expand >> but thought i try asking first.
