Can anyone help.  I have full permission in this file.  When I try to edit the walls I get this error

Can't edit the element until "username" resaves the element to central and relinquishes it and you Reload Latest.

I dont know why, I can draw new but cant edit existing.  Also I have an issue with Mechanical levels showing on the Architectural tabs.  I was trying to hide theirs in the template when I encountered this error.  Does anyone know how to fix it?

update....I changed my username about a week ago.  I just noticed the username in the program is not the username that I changed it to on the website.  I logged out and logged back in, forcing the program to update and now I have all permissions.  The program saw my old username as a different person than my new username.
