C4R Trial Setup and access

Hello,

Having a setup issue. Steps followed below.

We have gone in and setup our BIM 360 team account. Within that we were able to run a trial of C4R.

I have gone back to our account page and assigned the BIM 360 team contract id to our hub location.

I have added access to the users.

We placed a project on the BIM 360 account and added some files.

In revit when we open from BIM 360 Team icon we see the folders for the projects but in the folders it states "there are no cloud models in this project" there are though. Any thoughts?

Hello and thank you for the post.  Where the models uploaded first through the web site or uploaded from inside Revit using the "ICollaborate" command on the "Collaborate" Ribbon?  If they were not uploaded through Revit you would not see them on File->Open.

One way you can tell the difference on the web site is by the "Type" column.  If it was uploaded using C4R it will show "Cloud Revit Model".  If it was loaded through the web site it will show simply "Revit Files".
