C4R Service - Planned Maintenance on Monday July 23 from 9:00AM EDT to 12:00PM

Collaboration for Revit has a planned maintenance event taking place on Monday July 23, 2018 from 9:00 AM EDT to 12:00 PM EDT.

This maintenance event will NOT have any interruption to cloud worksharing operations or subscription users of the service.

We will update this post again once the maintenance window ends.

Thank you for your patience.

@vincent_cadoret

Thank you for letting us know about this.

From looking at your account, it looks like your login has not been granted access to the service by your Contract Manager. Can you check in with them regarding getting a seat of the subscription assigned to your account?

For reference, more information on this error is available in the following article:

Error: "You do not currently have access to Autodesk Collaboration for Revit" appears within Revit

Thanks Lance, this has been resolved by one of your peers.

To clarify, between 7am and 9am EST today everything was working fine and then all of a sudden I lost access (only through Revit, the online site still worked).

So the problem was not cause by my license manager...

Thanks,

Vincent

For users encountering issues please confirm your subscription is under your account by going to:

Do you see a  BIM 360 Design and/or a Collaboration for Revit service entitlement?

A colleague of mine is currently experiencing the issues mentioned above. (no access to collaboration for revit)

When checking his autodesk account there is not a single autodesk service in his account.

(we have an enterprise account, his account should be connected to it)

Yesterday everything was working fine.
