C4R Service Degridation

We are currently experience a service degradation that the product team is working on.  Please check the Health Dashboard and here for more updates as we continue to work on the service.

All,

 

The engineering team has a working theory about the root cause of the problem and have made corrections to the cloud environment; SWC error rates are dropping and we expect normal behavior to be restored within one hour.  We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience!

Service is back up and trends are back to normal.
