C4R Publish not working

I Have tried to Publish my lastest model this morning but its upload just the structural model not my MEP. as you can see from the thumbnails 1, 2 & 3 are correct but the 2 i have tried to publish today is incorrect. On A360 its also showing 0B for the files size. Anyone else have similar issues?

Have report this issue to our Development team, will find the root cause ASAP.

The publishing reliability issue yesterday has since been resolved.  Root cause was an instability in the A360 Team product's upload channel.  This was documented on the Health Dashboard, where I'd recommend people check out in future such situations.

Kyle, I sent in an issue on the Health Dashboard yesterday morning when I first noticed the issue but I never saw any notification it was down or having issues throughout the day.  I will try to re-publish now.

Yes, we chose not to send a mass email notification, as the degradation did not impact the primary Cloud Worksharing operations of the C4R product.

members from our project team are also experiencing publishing failures, again.

we've decided to hold off from our standing Friday-publish exercise a cause of these failures.

ADSK - We all hope this gets resolved very soon and doesn't extend to further delays of our work.

thanks,

-mduran

Yes folks, publishing is down again. HDS is updated -> health.autodesk.com. We are cycling the service nodes right now, and should be back up before 2:30pm EST. Apologies.

Publishing should now be operational - there will be some temporary degradation as the system processes the accumulated backlog of publish requests, but we anticipate recovery fairly soon - our diagnostics indicate that we are almost caught up.

Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience, and we are putting in measures to ensure that we become aware of this situation in the future quickly enough that we can resolve the issues before it becomes a visible problem for you.

regards

Mark Webb, SWD Manager, C4R

Is C4R publishing to A360 offline today?  C4R is telling me that I have published a model, but it is not showing up on A360.

I had a similar issue yesterday.  It took several hours overnight for it to show up as updated in the file list though when I clicked on the file in the A360 viewer it did record it rather quickly that a new version was updated.  However, as of right now, some 20 hours later, it's still processing 10 of 13 viewables. I may upload it again to see if that corrects it.  The only Health status I saw was related to moving files in A360 Team.

@kmuir I just tested this with a simple project (a few walls) and it published changes to the model successfully.

If you click to publish again, wait a few minutes, verify the green check mark shows up, and then check the website are you still seeing no updates to the model?

Yes, it's still not publishing.  Other models in the same project directory seem to be publishing OK.

Yesterday I deleted the model from A360 and from C4R.  Then, using a saved copy of the model on my desktop I "re-collaborated on A360" to put the model back on C4R.  However, I am still not getting anything showing  up on A360.  Even today after 15+ hours, nothing is showing up.

I have 2 models I've published in the last 2 days or so.  The Tower model I just published about 30 minutes ago updated as expected and is updating all of the viewables normally (83 of 170 so far after 31 minutes - I guess that's normal).  It's 269 MB.

The Master Site Model I published again yesterday (that has the Tower Model linked in) still hasn't updated all of the viewables.  I just tried that one again (the Master Site Model) and it still has the "delay" with updating in the file list (still says updated 1 Day ago) and the viewables don't get past 3 of 13.  It shows up as green in the Manage A360 dialog and in the Versions on A360 (see attached) it updates at the same time.   Is that file corrupt perhaps and should be replaced?  It's 47 MB but has a total of 3 large towers linked in.  The tower sizes are 269 MB, 196 MB & 84 MB with a 20 MB Sales office and 6 MB MEP Model.

Still no improvement here on the publishing side in terms of viewables.  Both files are just processing for hours on end and never get past the current stage. One has been 18 hours and the other 23. Is anything being looked at on this? Should I replace these files?

Lance,

Is Autodesk working on a solution?  Your test may have worked at your end, but I am still having an unresolved publishing failure at my end.
