C4R Publish not working

I Have tried to Publish my lastest model this morning but its upload just the structural model not my MEP. as you can see from the thumbnails 1, 2 & 3 are correct but the 2 i have tried to publish today is incorrect. On A360 its also showing 0B for the files size. Anyone else have similar issues?

The inability to publish is new to me, although the file size issue is known by the team after the past weekend update.

Are you getting a failure message in the "Manage A360 Models" dialog in Revit?

No error messages as it dose upload its just the wrong model it is one of the linked files in my MEP model that it has uploaded. You can loggin to 360 and see the wrong model.

Hi, please download the latest host model from this page.

1. extract it locally, check if all related files in zip file folder.

2. please open local host file from Revit and check if it is the latest version.

if above 2 steps work as you want. please let me know. Thank you.

I've created the following article to track the status of this issue:

A360 Team: Model viewer only shows 1st linked file and not host Revit model

Note: As this is a new article, it may be a few hours before the link is usable.

Until the issue is resolved, it sounds like downloading the model and opening in Revit allows you to see the full published model.

Thanks for the info Lance,

the results of the download are only part of the issue.

what's the ETA of the webpage reading '0b' being resolved?

Same issues here with the 0 B files.  I see the 2015 R2 UR14 has just been released.  Should we expect an updated 2015 Collaboration for Revit Add-in? Does UR14 resolve this issue?  The Readme on the enhancements isn't active..

We have published different files from different projects in C4R today and get the green checked circle saying they are published, but they are not showing any updates on the A360 hub. One of the files is only 1.9 MB and it has been over an hour since it said it has been published and that one has not even shown up on the hub yet.

just checked and I am on Revit 2016 R2 Update 4 and C4R v5. Just republished another file, it said it was published, closed my browser, logged back into A360, and it is not there.

The files have updated now. Not sure why a 1.9 MB file with no links took 3 hours to show up after it said it was published.

Currently, developers have fixed this issue and deployed on local server. So, once this fix update to production. This issue will disappear.

What's the status on this update?  I'm having a problem with Publish Sets in Revit not getting published to A360 properly.  My A360 publish set in Revit has 6 3D views to publish and NO sheets.  But what gets rendered on the A360 site is just the default {3D View} and 62 sheets.

Having the same problem and awaiting a fix. Just a bump with nothing new to offer.

we have found the root cause for this issue and fixed it. But it need time to go through the whole internal process. It will cost some time, but also assure the quality and stability for Production.

@Anonymous & @jheltz27, I've created the following article to track the status of the 0 Bytes issue:

Collaboration for Revit model shows 0 Bytes after publishing

Note: As this is a new article, it may be a few hours before the link is usable.
