C4R not deleting central model

Hello,

I have tried, from multiple PCs and cannot delete one of the central models in C4R 2016. I have all of the latest updates. I can also delete other models, but this one fails to delete.

assuming you're attempting to delete from within Revit (Collaborate>Manage A360 models...) and not from A360; as a  test, can you rename the model at least?

I've also seen the model get into a state where you can't delete after a failed publish.  Can you try a Sync with Central, republish, and then try to delete the model again?

Yes, I've been using the "Manage Models on A360" to delete the files.

Sorry to hear this continues to be an issue.  Can you PM me your journal from the Revit session you tried to delete?

I tried this exact order. I opened the model, synced. Closed out of the model. published. and then I was able to successfully delete it.
