C4R Models not publishing to A360

It's been 10 days since we have been able to publish all our Revit cloud models to A360. (See my initial post and the follow-ups here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-collaboration-forum/models-no-longer-publishing-to-a360-team/td-...)

This particular project has 7 models but only 4 actually will publish. When we do publish we are no longer getting any errors -- C4R is telling us the models have been published but they aren't making it to A360.

We've been patient, but 10 days is really pushing it with us. Is there anyone who can help us make this work?

Thanks,

Dan

Hello @DanielBush,

Thanks for your post.

I understand that your team is still encountering issues when publishing certain projects, although this was fixed for some of them after the outage mentioned in your previous post Models no longer publishing to A360 Team.

You have deleted all models from BIM 360 Team and tried to publish them again from Revit, correct? Have you done that within Revit or your browser? You should be able to delete them from Revit and try to republish as mentioned in Manage Revit Models in the Cloud.

Since there were no problems with publishing before this occurred, I would assume that all users are set with the Collaboration for Revit entitlement. If you can quickly verify this it may help us try to cover all the bases concerning this issue.

Also, are all the Revit installations you're using updated? Please see How to tie the Build number with the Revit update in order to verify.

In case you are using Revit 2016, is the Collaboration for Revit add-in updated? The last version can be downloaded here: Autodesk Collaboration for Revit

If none of the points above get to the solution, please attach a few recent journals showing what happens when publishing from Revit.

Best regards,

Hello Adham:

Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you what with the holidays and deadlines -- we just had to work around Team until today.

I deleted all the cloud models through Revit and moved all the files in A360 Team to a folder.

I made sure all team members were on the same build number (we weren't) and we updated the C4R add-in.

I then re-uploaded all the models (7 in total for this project) and...NOW they are all publishing. SUCCESS! I suspect the problem was the fact that we weren't all on the same build.

Thanks for your help and your patience.

Dan

I am still having this issue with Bim360/C4R/Revit 2017. Is it possible to provide a video on how to resolve this issue?
