C4R & A360 Issue

Hi, i'm trying use Collaboration for Revit, i don't know why, it is attached to an old expired A360 Team trial account,; by our subscription contract i opened a new account on this a360 platform, but revit C4R are still connected to the oldest hub.

It is possible delete this hub and connect C4R to the actual active hub?

Thanks

JB

Hi Jose,

C4R should give you access to any project that you have access to regardless of hub.  So, on the new hub have you created, or are you part of a project yet?  Once you create a project you should be able to initialize a model to it.  Private message me if you are still having issues and I'll see what I can do to further assist you.

thanks,
