C4R 2015 v11 crash for a user

We are running into the issue again where Revit will crash opening the c4R model completely fresh.

He was crashing a few days ago and lost some work as the local would not sync with c4R

He got the Not enough quota error

so we completely deleted his ParCache and Collaboration Cache, Temp folder emptied.

We are trying to open it again clean slate and he is still crashing and getting the error

We have tried multiple times to open the model. In the past this was an issue for another user and it resolved it self.

Other 9 users in our office plus 6 at other consultant office are working fine without issue.

Original case [CaseNo:11967019.] Revit Collaboration for Revit Support v11

In it the tech mentioned that "We have an article about this issue that is in the process of being published, so when that happens I'll send you a link to it so you can follow along whenever any updates to the article are posted. "

I tried search the Autodesk website, and I thought I would find something (thats another story) but did not find anything on the topic.

Any help would be appreciated

Adam Thanks again for looking into this. I have Judy/Lars-Ake looking into this [CaseNo:12174942.] currently.

Additional information: Not enough quota is available to process this command and the size of our model too.

No definitive yet since it is an intermittent issue.

It could be linked to this issue but the editing of that registry and increasing the value is not recommended.
