BIM 360 team access error

Autodesk Community:

 

Please help, this issue is putting major projects behind.

 

*This issue is happens sporadically. Multiple users are unable to access BIM360 files through Revit 2017, getting error (not authorized to access) even though they were able to access it before and had already been invited.

 

-One really odd thing happening is that the team member roles assignment is changing by itself randomly.

 

-Clearing Cache worked only one time.

 

-Happening to multiple users, randomly, sporadically.

 

-Revit file is not corrupt.

 

-Not a firewall/ antivirus issue.

 

-All updates and service packs are installed.

 

-This never happened in Revit 2015

 

-The only thing temporarily fixing this error when it happens is uninstalling Revit 2017 and manually removing all associated files, and reinstalling.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you tried having the user log out of their account in Revit and sign back in? I would also be sure to have the most up to date release of Revit installed.
