best approach fo implementing C4R and BIM 360

having dealt with this in the past I know it works in a static environment, while under 1 or 2 contracts within the office.

my scenario now is this

3 office locations

2 offices are on a license server under contract.

1 office is all users are standalone locked permanent seats. ( I know not the ideal situation)

my question is- if we purchase seats per user C4R, do the serial numbers need to match the contract number, or the users serial number.

we are currently running 2015,16,and 2017.

thank you for any help in this issue.

Nope, the C4R entitlement is user based and you can assign them to anyone. You just need to install the plugin on the local computers (depending on version of Revit this may already be installed) and ensure that each Revit user is invited to the project on BIM 360 Team and is granted a license/ entitlement to the C4R service. If need be you can grant that entitlement to users not from your company as well.
