Autodesk Revit 2022 Cloud sharing- file not opening

I cannot access any files saved on the Autodesk cloud. every time throws me an error.

What have you tried so far?

 

Restart computer?

Different project?

Different project with different version of Revit?

Etc...

we did restart the computer, i can't see the project which the other user can see. we have the same version of revit  which is 2022.

also, do you know how can we share a project from bim360 to autodesk docs.?

How does that work? 

as far as i know we both have same licenses and seats, same company and rights.

can you give me more information about inviting other to the project/ any links?

You really should talk to the person(s) running the project so that they can address these issues. You don't have sufficient priveledges to do it. There should be a project admin as well as an account admin available for you to talk to about this.
