Architect's generic model not showing in MEP plan

Our architects created  generic models in their file.  When I link to the file, the model does not appear in my Power Plan, however it shows in every other plan (Lighting, Demo, etc.).

I've used this model in other projects and have had no issue.  I've checked the "V/G Overrides" in the Power Plan, and they seem to match the previous projects and other plans in this project.  I have also asked more seasoned engineers and architects, and no one can figure out what is happening.

Help me Revit Collaboration Forum, you're my only hope.

check to see if it was hidden in view

select the light bulb at the bottom of your revit window status bar.

are you using view templates or filters in that view?
