all pipe tags showing question mark and dimensions deleted.

we are working for a Large scale commercial project. we using Revit 2019 with BIM360.

Our all team getting an error with approximately 2000 pipe  tags and Dimensions are deleted in the shop drawings after we have done synchronize.

Team not to do unload to all team and reload from  for any linked file our team did not do any changes in the linked files.

Nothing has been changed in the pipe routing. Annotations like dimensions and Tags are deleted after we have done with synchronize.

Due to this whatever the annotations work we have done on the shop drawing preparations are interrupted.

Please look into the attached image to see the error with annotations.

kindly give us a solution.

Hi Narasimhamurthy, 

May I know if those pipe tags and and Dimensions are attached to objects in linked models  or host model? 

If the user working in the host file synchronizes without first reloading the updated linked model that contains the new changes, tags or dimensions attached to those elements will become orphaned after syncing.
