Access error "you do not have sufficient privileges to complete this action"

We have a user that is getting this error:

access error "you do not have sufficient privileges to complete this action".

The user can see the project when accessing through Revit/Bim 360, but gets this error when choosing the project. All other users are able to log in and see the project files within collaboration for Revit. We have tried logging out, restarting Revit and logging back in, but this does not help. I have approved the request to join the project.

Are there any other methods to resolve this?
