A360 not showing up in 2016

A360 is not showing up in the browser in 2016 for two of my users.  We typically use 2017 and it shows up there, but we are working with someone who has 2016 so we had to download it.  After downloading 2016, A360 is not showing up.  

 

It's working on my computer, but not two others.  Any help on how to troubleshoot?  We've downloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled... nothing is working.

Hi,

 

Did you install Collaboration for Revit 2016?

 

It's installed with 2017 but for 2016 it's a separate install:

If that's not the issue, could you post a Revit journal-file here from 2016 and I will take a look and see if there is any issues loading C4R
