A360 Files not deleting

I deleted a Revit central file from A360 Team web interface, and when I try to open a file in Revit, the files still show up.

I have tried deleting them through Collaborate/Manage A360 Models, and when I try to delete them, I get this error:

Error.png

Anybody know why?  I get this error when to try to delete two different files.

Hi,

We have seen some cases where you can't delete the model when the published model is already deleted.

Please try to re-publish the model again by clicking on the "Publish Latest" icon and then delete it from the Manage Cloud Models dialog (the published model will be deleted as well)

If the icon indicates that the latest version is already published (green icon), open the model and do a Sync with Central and you should be able to publish it again

There are some previous post regarding this issue;

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-collaboration-forum/c4r-not-deleting-central-model/td-p/6595664

The root cause is that it tries to delete the publish model when you delete the file in the Manage dialog. Since the published file is already deleted, it will throw an error and fail the entire operation.

Sorry about that, we are working on a solution to this issue.

Regards

When will this issue be resovled? I have four models uploaded that I can not do anything with.  I have tried all suggestion and they will simply not go away.  Why is this so difficult to process this simple request.

As of a service-side update in mid-January, this issue should be fully resolved.  Can you elaborate on exactly the behavior you are seeing?  When you attempt to delete the cloud workshared Revit model from the Manage Cloud Models dialog, are you seeing a red failure banner?

Kyle, I just had this happen to me as well. By simply trying to delete the A360 model via 'Manage Models' in Revit, it failed to delete. However, I was able to publish the latest model first, and then delete it.
