Parámetro compartido no encontrado en Revit

HACE UNOS DIAS HE CREADO UNA FAMILIA MUY SENCICLLA (SOPORTE PARA UNIDADES O TUBERIAS) EN LA CUAL PARAMETRICE SOLO LA DISTANCIA ENTRE LOS BRAZOS DEL SOPORTES Y COMO SEGUNDO PARAMERO PARA ESA FAMILIA ME GUSTARIA QUE LA ELEVACION DE ELLA SEA LA MISMA QUE UN PARAMETRO INSITU QUE TRAE REVIT CON RELACION A LA ELVACION DE LA PARTE INFERIOR DE LA TUBERIA CERCANA DONDE COLOQUE EL SOPORTE. COMO PUDIERA YO ASOCIARLE AL PARAMETRO ELEVACION DE MI FAMILIA, ESE PARAMETRO YA IN SITU EN REVIT DE LA TUBERIA MAS CERCANA. POR FAVOR VEA LAS IMAGENES A CONTINUACION.

Veo que has hecho ese elemento con la herramienta Tubo (Pipe). El parámetro que ves está leyendo una altura de ese tubo. Por lo tanto es un parámetro de sólo lectura. Si deseas un parámetro que determine la altura, tienes que crear ese elemento como un cilindro que está hospedado en un plano de trabajo, un plano de referencia que está controlado con un parámetro de longitud. Entonces, si el usuario cambia el valor de ese parámetro, en la familia el tubo bajará o subirá según el valor.

in my office our structural department usually placed these supports .  I have tried to get the support to read the pipe elevation in the past and have not been successful. you're trying to read parameters from 2 different categories, which Revit typically has issues doing without additional programing. 

• you can try to trick revit by modeling the Pipe Support as a "Pipe Fitting" or "Pipe Accessory" and see if you can get it to read the elevation from the pipe.
  • i started to try that a while back but got busy and didn't finish .
• you can use a program like Dynamo to write a script to Read the pipe bottom elevation and apply it to the support height (probably have better success with this option ).
