I´m trying to modify dimensions of rebars of my project. Some of them are editable, so it appears at the top the green option to change the shape (first picture), but a couple of them doesn´t show the option on the top to change therir shape and they can´t not be modified (second picture). Why is this? and how can I change / edit the bars that do not allow me to edit or change their shape?

Selecciona el refuerzo, edita el boceto, en propiedades busca geometría y cambia a controlado por la forma; ahora podrás cambiar.

Al seleccionar el acero, de frente me aparece bloqueada la opción de editar boceto y también editar familia, por eso no puedo modificar la geometría, porque también me aparece bloqueada. ¿Cómo podría activar/habilitar para que me permita editar el boceto?
@a20150897NRF86 aparece deshabilitado porque utilizaste el método de forma libre, de esta forma no podrás editarlo.
Desafortunadamente, no se puede cambiar entre formas para una barra de refuerzo de forma libre. Lo que puedes hacer es utilizar el método de inserción por boceto (tendrás un mejor control) y luego alinearlas a la superficie que se deseas.
