How can I change the template file of a family?

I have noticed that the template file of a family is not correct, so I need to change because the family has all the data of the object. Can I changed it once the family is done? Thank you.

Changing the family template is not possible without starting over.

Is it not possible to solve your problem with changing the family category and parameters?
