Transparent Material with Image - flips Image on one side

Hi all,

I am attempting to create a semi transparent fabric graphic. I am having issues with the material. I started with a striped fabric from the Revit material library, and I replaced this with my image and gave it some transparency. One side looks fine in realistic view, but when I view the other side the material image is flipped vertically. The image is upside down on one side. It is as if Revit is mapping the image wrong on the adjcent surface of the solid. I have tried using a glass material as well, and I get the same problem. Any ideas?

Revit is limited in the control of material on objects. It does not have the mapping controls like 3DS Max.

What I have done in these kind of cases is the following:

-Duplicated the transparent panel (glass/fabric) with half width.

-Created material (non-tiling) and place on one panel.

-Duplicated material and used miirrored image.

-Placed that material on second panel.

-Load family in project.

Maybe there are other ways. But I found this method the easiest way to control the material
