I recently created a new Autodesk account and have encountered an issue when attempting to open Autodesk Docs files in both Revit 2022 and 2023. The error message states, "You currently don't have access to Revit cloud models."
I can view these files on the Bim 360 Docs website without any problems. I'm reaching out to seek guidance on resolving this issue and to understand how I can get access to Revit cloud models directly within the Revit software.
I did not save them, but many other participants have access to those files, the issue is with my account only.
I activated a trial version of Bim Collaborative Pro and then was able to see the files.
Thanks for your help.
That means you don't have a license.
The EULA does not permit the usage for real life projects. There could be serious repurcussions if you are caught using it for anything other than trying it out.
