Wrong Number of Columns when Importing Revit Family with Type Catalog

When I import the attached Revit family with a type catalog I get the error "Row 11: Wrong number of columns: expected 7, found 10." I've confirmed that both the family and catalog have 6 parameters. Any ideas?

Hi @craig,

In the 11th row there's a custom character at the start of the KeyNote value (row with type _14).

Use NotePad++ for instance to view the type catalogus where these non-readable character can be shown.
