how wrapping when separate wall to structure and finish wall?
In the Family; check "Wall Closure" for the Center Ref. Plane.
In the Project; check "Wrap" next to Wall Layer you want to wrap and move that layer out of the "Core". Then set "Wrapping at Insert" condition.
...or, approach 2:
In the Family; check "Wall Closure" for the Center Ref. Plane.
In the Project: check "Wrap" next to Wall Layer you want to wrap and move that layer out of the "Core".
Under the Type Properties for the Door in the Project: Change "Wall Closure" Door Properties in Project from "By Host" to another value (i.e. "Exterior").

but structure wall not wrapped with finish layer...how finish layer wrapping structure wall too?

Yes, that how wrapping works. Structural doesn't wrap.
You can also look at the Edit Assembly dialogue - the wrapping depends on how the core layers are organised.

It is debatable. Easier yet you are having a hard time making them wrap. The number of wall decrease yet in the example you have 3 walls instead 1.

Funny, when I first read this reply from you, I thought wanted the Structure to wrap as well -- which is a strange concept. I see now that you were talking about making the wrap go deeper. You cannot do this when you model your wall layers individually, but you can do this if you make compound-layered walls. Use my second approach above with compound layered walls and you can change the depth of the wrap by changing the location of the "Wall Closure" Ref. Plane(s) in the Door and Window Families. And, you can set it up so you can control the wrap depth through Instance Parameters, so each instance of the Door or Window Family placed in the Project can have it's own unique wrapping condition. If you really, really need the walls layers separate from each other, then create Parts from the compound-layered walls.
I searched a lot for a solution to this problem and I can safely tell you that there is no way to wrap separate walls around inserts , the wrap works only with wall layers not independent walls, The solution I came up with was to make a wall based family that cuts around the opening and create the desired cladding wrap as a sweep , I think Revit developers should find a solution for this as many people are modeling wall layers separately especially in large projects as you can't afford to have a wall type for every single type of wall also when you have structure model including RC walls on a separate links , not mentioning that its easier to have separate walls for quantification and 4D models
