Curtain walls are not Inserts...To wrap the wall in such case you need to first add an insert/wall opening + the curtain wall.
You can do that using either or of the following:
- In Place void
- Loadable Face or Wall based family
- Use one of the Window/Door OOTB wall opening families (found in Revit's content libraries)
Note: If Curtain wall is set to Automatically Embedded, the opening will not cut host ... either Place opening first then Curtain Wall OR Set CW to not embedded then cut the basic wall with the opening
Alternatively You can edit the Basic Wall's profile to create the opening; however, in this case you would use Wrap at Ends (either Exterior or Interior) instead of Wrap at Inserts
