Issue has been resolved.

Just remembered Worksharing Monitor is now installed as part of Revit.

@Viveka_CD What is the solution for users that have Revit 2020 but do not have the Worksharing Monitor? (verified by looking in the install folders). It does not show as available in product downloads and add-ins or to install in the Autodesk Desktop tool.

It comes with Revit.

Check the Add-ins tab.
