hi guys how can i close the collaborate because i tried to collaborate with my friends but then i knew that i cant do it because i have a students version but i was set my file as central file and it keep notify me to synchronization with the central file Although that my file is the central file the problem the file is broken last night and make a recovery file but when i open the recovery file it dosent give me the permission to edit the file how can i close and end this thing completely the hole collaborate  thing

You could "detach" it from central:

Open Revit, click Open file, look for it, select it and check "detach from central". You can now safe the file as a normal one.
