If I'm in a workshared model and I update one of the link from a collaborator, let's say the structural model. What happens if I don't do anything? Do other people's model get update when:
For example we have 6 models for a project internally, all using the structural model. Do I have to go in all these model, manually reload it and synch? What happens if I don't? When will users get the latest version?

Linked Files are reloaded during the open sequence, creating a Local File, or when Manage Links > Reload is used. Linked files are not reloaded for other users during a Synchronize with Central.
If a workset that a link is assigned to is closed the link will be loaded when the workset is opened. If the link has been replaced/updated prior to opening the workset the person opening the workset should see the latest state of the link file.

Hi @SteveKStafford, I have an evolved version of this question.
What happens when working in BIM 360 Design if I update a linked file. Actually, if I consume the package for a linked file. I am asking because in BIM 360 there is no longer a concept of a local and central file.
So if a user opens the BIM 360 file in the morning, will the link update themselves?
