Work around to add text to Amp parameter

I have an equipment schedule that pulls information from specialty equipment like water connections, electrical, etc. It is very handy because it auto populates with information from equipment families directly from vendors. However, there are always about 5 out of 300 line items that I need to write VFY (verify) in the schedule. Since these parameters are not text parameters, like amps, I cannot write it in that field.

Right now my work around is to write it on the sheet itself that the schedule is placed on. However, if a line item is added, I then have to go move all my text on the sheet. Does anyone have a better work around for this?

can you share the image or the model for better clarification.

Why couldn't "Verify" be typed into an actual Text-Type Parameter field in the Element's Properties? That way it moves on the sheet with the rest of the  Element Property Values .

The schedule I have has multiple columns that might need "verify" in it.
For example, water connection, water temperature, electrical phase,
electrical volts, amps, height, etc. If I made a generic text field for
each of these, it could add up to 10 columns. The schedule is already large
and takes up a lot of space.
If I add only one generic column to blanket all columns, it does not give
enough information to the GC on what exactly to verify.

Here is a partial screenshot of  the schedule. The text shown in red is what I have to manually add on the sheet layout.

What about something by way of Conditional Formatting evaluating a  Yes/No Condition?

I already have some conditional formatting in place. Is there a way to add more conditional formatting without negating what I already have built in?

I don't know what you've done.  I'm not even sure what you are asking.  Can you elaborate? Maybe throw in some pix?
