Hi,
How do I build a wood-frame wall or wood floor on Revit? Are there tools to generate the structure automatically from a surface by defining parameters (distance between elements, etc.)?
Thanks
Normally you will use a variety of tolls to get what you want. The tools you might be looking at are
-The array tool(modify tab), to place multiples of the same element at a certain distance form each other.
-The beam system tool (on the structure tab).
-Your own families where you build in certain behaviours.
-Some other tools that might be helpful like trusses (structure tab)
-Also curtain walls can help.
-You also might (mis)use some other tools like railings
Later you could look for certain third party apps or use something like Dynamo to partially automate the process.
You might check out some of the YouTube tutorials from the Balkan Architect how you can use some of these tools. He has several videos on creating wooden structures

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
you can do it by using either Revit tools or external applications under Revit.
If using only basic Revit functions, you can do :
