Wondering how to draw a canopy roof

Hey, I'm trying to properly draw a solid canopy roof (no fabric) around the perimeter of a building without cheating my way thru using model in place components. It needs to be attached via a 2%ish slope to an existing gable roof with flat panels on the back (shown in picture). One of the bigger struggles I'm having is with properly wrapping it around the building corners.

Anyone have experience or any tips with this profile?

It certainly is possible to draw but I can't tell what is what from your picture.  Have a plan view or a 3d view?

is this what you want to achieve?

if it is, then you can use a Roof by Footprint:

Here is a picture of the corner/profile I am trying to replicate, and a 3D view of the same corner.

I think the Component>Model in Place > Roof - and a Sweep is the most appropriate solution in this case..

An alternative solution could be by using a Roof by Footprint with Modify Sub Elements:

Okay, I'll try that one out and see how it goes. Thanks!
