Hi There,
I did a Win schedule but for some windows the TO ROOM or FROM ROOM parameter is empty - I modified the win family like added the room calculation point it didn't help.. Does any other parameters or view range effect this in the schedule ? What should I change in project or either in family to write out the proper room for wins.
( on the pic even if I flip the windows nothing happens.. , delete paste it back, create a new one similar to this)
Thank you
Ivo

Click on From Room or To Room cell of that window and see if anything drops down.
Hi Thanks for the answer - I also tried that cells are empty - actually I am revit trainer and kinda aware of these things what to do first.. I think this will more complex here than simple ones..
sure thx for looking at it - actually it's not my family but I do not see any difference btwn this and my win families or any other.
Hmm Yeah - weird..
Than I have to do sg with my projct.. Also I tried but just in that project and in new walls.. and didn't work. But in a new project yes.
Thanks
I had the same problem.
Could it be that you only changed the room calculation point in your reference view (floor plan in the family)?
In my case, it only worked after moving the room calculation points up in height. (in the elevations).
Few Possible Causes.
1. Check all elements are in correct phase, also check schedule is created in the same phase (Most likely the issue)
2. Check Room extent is covering the calculation point height /or window sill height depending on how family is created.
3. Keep Room calculation point elevation a few mm higher then horizontal plane of the window.
