Windows not cutting curved wall

As you can see in the image below, my windows don't cut curved walls. How can I fix this?

Is the window made from scratch?  Did you take an existing window and modify it?  Check the Opening object within the window family to ensure it will cut the wall host.

@dzanta, I have attached the file so you can have a look at it if you're interested. I bought the family. I would appreciate your feedback on how I can fix this. Thank you!

In section you can offset the void extrusions just past the wall in each direction and it works fine.

this is a complex window they build.  The issue is that they did not use the Opening command to cut into the wall host.  They used Void Extrusions.  The void extrusions are not cutting thru the entire wall for some reason.  Also, the Opening command to place a proper opening in the family to cut the host wall isn't functioning for some reason.

If you take a basic window from the standard library or make a new one from the standard window.rft file, it will show there is an opening object that acts as a void which cuts the host wall properly.

I tried to modify the void extrusions to go past the wall host but they still don't cut the wall properly.

You can take the default opening object in a default window.rft file and copy/paste it into this family.  Then modify the sketchlines so they agree with the window shape/size.  Load it back into the project and it will work.

See fixed file.

@dzanta: did you receive this error when you opened family from the project (through Edit Family)?:

"Constraints between geometry in the family can behave unpredictably on parameter modification. To make the family reliable, constrain geometry to levels, reference planes, or reference lines."

@stevie_kelly: This might be additional useful information to you in troubleshooting.

yes..I did receive the error message.  This means that when they built the family, they did not align and lock the geometry to reference planes properly and also the dimensional parameters may not be referencing the reference lines/planes properly.
