Hi All,

I am doing a Residential Building Layout, trying to get some Windows:

1. go to Load Family.....

2. Windows folders, under US Imperial....Student version Revit 2017....I see no such folders....

Do I have a bad Installation? where do I look for it?

thx in advance

Andre

US Imperial Content was not installed fully. You need to run a re-installation and make sure it is installed this time. I would suggest you re-download it from the Virtual Agent (in my signature) to install.

thx for the info and heads up.

If I go to the virtual download, can I download the student version? I am not buying the software, just the student version for a class. I have already UNINSTALLED everything related to AD.

thx

Download is the same for all and free.  You need to activate it using your student account though.

Toan,

download comes in part 1 and part 2

I downloaded part 1 and ran it, but it gave me an error and said not all files are there

how do you install these when it comes in 2 parts?

thx

Run each exe file to extract the content to C:\Autodesk folder.  Then run the installation from there.  Sorry for the confusion.
