windows and doors not showing up

I checked my cut plane and it's fine but my windows and door dont show up. when I insert the doors the walls dont open up.

You don't have any doors and windows. 

...oops. found two windows.  no doors though.  

...plus, your Floor Plan View's Cut Plane is way too high. Lower it.

The same thing happened with me and you should double check that the wall and door/ windows have the same properties when you are choosing NEW or Existing element feature. 

you can find that under element properties- phasing-phase created

check the attachment as well.
