Window schedule text coming out larger?

Hi Folks,

I've made my first window schedule and the text is suppose to be 2mm but is being displayed larger in the schedule as opposed to the same text being use elsewhere. Awning written at the top in the attached image is the correct size yet awning written in the schedule is larger yet.

Any help appreciated.
