Window schedule not showing some levels?

I have new levels and existing levels and my window schedule is only showing existing. You'll see in the screen shot that on the schedule only shows levels with "EX", but if you look in the project browser you'll see my "new" levels under floor plan "new". How come those aren't showing up in the schedule?

To what Phase and Phase Filter is your schedule set?  Only objects that match those will be shown; perhaps all of the items on your "new" Levels are being excluded.

The floor plans in your project browser are not necessarily the names of levels. Those are just the names assigned to that view.

Go to a section or elevation and show us all the levels you can see in those.

Or select the plan in the browser and look at what level it is associated with.

right. I was under the impression that when I created levels that they were also independent. So, I named them "EX" i.e. existing thinking I would need to create other levels that were "new" new ones. So basically dupe levels for differing phases existing vs. new.

Is there not a way for me to have the schedule the way I want it as in what I see in the project browser?

thanks

Levels should not be duped. Levels are not phased. They are just a datum to allow for hosting modeled elements and to make drawings easier to read as dimensions can be referenced to them.
