Window representation

I have 2 door types from the same family, each one with different sill heights. The view range is at 145cm enabling the cut of both, but window 2 has a different representation. 

I have also checked the view range in the family, and it seems to be ok.

Does anyone know what can be causing this?

Window & door families are not cut based on the cut plane defined in project views. Instead they are cut based on the cut plane defined in the family's plan view.

The family`s view range is also ok...

I am not having the same issue as yours. Do you have plan region within those area? Is the window frame set as nested shared family?
