Window not showing cut plane correctly

I need help please I created a window family but when I applied it to my file it's not showing cut plane correctly although it has a sill height of 200mm and window height is 3000mm. Window family file is in attachment.

Don't have R2024 installed here,

Windows and doors category families have their own Cutheight independent of the Project floorplan view.

Check in the family for the Level view in the family and what it's cut height is. (I think the default Cut height is set high)

For windows, I have it usually set to a relative low value (like 500mm) so that low windows alse get cut.

For Doors I set it usually at 1200mm, as a door will almost never be lower than that en it's the most used cut elevation in a project.

You need to select the top frame (head) >> edit its visibility settings > uncheck "When cut in Plan/RCP
